New Year

I’ve neglected this blog for a while now, not by choice though. Since getting my part-time job at the end of November I’ve been constantly working (I was working full time hours even though my contract is only 8 hours per week) and I had assignments to complete in December. I was literally coming home from work and going to sleep or taking a nap because it was just intense. I can relate to how people who work in retail feel at christmas time….so many people wanting your attention and so many rude customers!

I’m thinking of gradually making changes to this blog over the year. The first change that I want to make is regarding my blog post about The Return of Superman tv programme. I started the post a year today and every week since then I’ve continued to update the post with the latest video. Since August I haven’t watched a single episode of The Return of Superman yet I’ve continued to update it because I noticed a lot of people visited that post. However, I’m planning on stopping doing that. What is the point in me continuing to update every single week about a tv programme that I don’t watch anymore? If you do watch the videos on that post, then leave a comment.

I wish I lived an exciting life, that way I would have lots to blog about. Unfortunately, I’m just an average university student who likes to read books and play the nintendo in my free time. I’ve been reading webtoons a lot recently but that’s the only Korean exposure I get. I really need to push myself more this year.

I’ve also been thinking of adding a news section to my blog. I think it would be good for people to know what is happening in Korea that doesn’t involve K-pop or K-drama. Possibly one post per day about the most talked about topic in Korea? If you have any suggestions feel free to leave a comment.

That’s the only changes I have in mind so far but I think of any more I will let you know.
I hope 2015 will be a good year for bloggers and I hope you have an amazing night! ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Happy new year to you. You can find inspiration from the little things around you. For example, if you like reading, you can post a review about the books.

    1. Happy new year sweetangel! That’s a good idea, I got 2 books for christmas about Korea so I’m thinking of writing a review about them once I’ve finished the second book.

I hope you have a lovely year ๐Ÿ™‚
