Thank you to everyone who has visited my blog this year and I hope to see you all in 2016! As I am writing this I am en route to my mother’s house to spend the rest of 2015 with her and my brother. It’s weird to think that right now there are people who are already in 2016 (hello from the other side~🎶)
I’ve thought a lot about my future in 2016 as it is the year I graduate university. I have been thinking about studying futher as a post graduate student in either International Marketing or Digital Marketing. In Scotland, students can study an Undergraduate course for free as the government pays for the tuition fee but they do not pay tuition fees for Postgraduate courses. I have researched the other ways I can get funded such as scholarships and bank loans but I want to think about this seriously with my family before applying to courses. The fees can range between £7,000 – £15,000 depending on the university. For someone who is the only person in my family to study at university, it is not easy to create a large amount of money like that just for 1 year of study. Out of all the 10 cousins I have only 1 other cousin has studied at university.
I am still going to do the TEFL course in February so I have the qualification to teach English in Korea. Even if I do decide to study a Postgraduate course I still want to go teach after it, even if it only for 2 or 3 years.
My other plan is to do the TOPIK exam – I have found the location of the test centre and it is right across the road from a underground station which makes it easier for me to get there from where I will arrive in London. I am still not sure if I will stay overnight or just return home after the exam as it is in the morning. Depends if I can get the day off work.
Well, I am nearly home so I will end this post here. I hope everyone has a great day and I will see you all in 2016!
